Can I request delivery on a holiday?

Delivery service is not available on legal holidays. Items requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. You may send flowers anonymously by leaving the sender name blank when adding your card message during checkout.

Can I send to multiple arrangements to different addresses in the same order?

No, you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your flower delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers so we can address the issue promptly.
